About Me

LMFT #120838

I have a deep passion for supporting people through life’s complexities. After earning my M.Sc. in Counseling from California State University – Los Angeles in 2015, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of roles—from Court-Appointed Special Advocate for children to Crisis Line Counselor, Wraparound Therapist, and beyond. Each of these experiences has shaped my approach and strengthened my belief in the power of compassionate, individualized care.

I’m deeply committed to doing my own work—both personally and professionally. I continue to invest in my growth through ongoing therapy, advanced trainings, and staying current with the latest research. I believe that in order to hold space for others, I must continue showing up for my own healing and development.

In addition to my private practice, I currently work with the Los Angeles County Office of Education, supporting Child Welfare and Attendance. In this role, I provide consultation and training to help school-based teams deepen their relationships with students and families and better address barriers to engagement and well-being.

Outside of my work, I love spending time outdoors with my son, cooking nourishing Ayurvedic meals, practicing Yoga Nidra, reading, and capturing moments through photography.
